Meet Our Huskies and Reindeer in Wild Lapland

Meet our huskies and our small herd of reindeer in the heart of wild Lapland. Explore the Sled Dog Discovery Area and enjoy a hot drink in our riverside chalet.

Leave the city behind and discover the real Lapland at our forest property, approximately 60 km from Rovaniemi city centre.

Your visit begins in our Sled Dog Discovery Area, where information panels introduce you to the world of sled dogs. You can also enjoy two viewpoints overlooking the river and the lake.

Next, meet our small herd of reindeer and learn more about these animals and their life in Lapland.

You will then visit the kennel and meet our huskies. Spend time getting to know the dogs, discovering their different personalities and learning about life at a sled dog kennel.

To finish your visit, relax with a hot drink in our riverside chalet.

This is a visit with our reindeer and huskies. It does not include a cart or sled ride. No transportation or pick-up service is available; you must come by car.

The minimum booking is for two people.

This experience is available from 6 December to 31 March. The visit starts at 14.00

Please wear warm clothing and suitable footwear. Temperatures in Lapland can be very cold in winter.

We may cancel a visit due to extreme cold or operational reasons. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

We are located approximately 60 km from Rovaniemi city centre. Transportation and pick-up are not available for this activity. You must come by car; if you do not have your own vehicle, you will need a rental car.
